Colonialtown, Florida, is divided into two distinct neighborhoods — Colonialtown North and Colonialtown South, which share a common border along East Colonial Drive. Most of the residential homes in Colonialtown South were built during the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s, prior to the end of World War II.
